M3 Agency is seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our creative team. We are looking for a skilled visual storyteller with a strong balance of both creative direction and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will excel at capturing, editing, and producing high quality video content from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Production: Oversee video projects from concept to final cut.
• Elevate Visuals: Infuse every project with high-end, creative touches.
• Collaborate Closely: Work with creative teams to brainstorm innovative concepts.
• Manage Workflows: Handle tight deadlines, equipment setups, and post-production.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven Portfolio: A strong reel demonstrating cinematic storytelling and editing skillset
• Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Post-Production Skill: Expertise in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or Final Cut).
• Creative Vision: We welcome imagination and encourage creative problem-solving.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
